  • Errol RoyPresident & CEO

    Errol Roy has a well-rounded educational and professional background that serves as a solid cornerstone in TBS operations. Errol has obtained diversified education from various institutions around the world. After completing High School from Cambridge University Board, he completed Bachelor’s degree from Hanover College majoring in Economics and Business along with Math minor. He has completed MBA in Finance & Accounting w/ Honors from Regis University.

    Errol has worked as a financial and billing analyst with Verizon Commutations (Fortune 16th in 2013), where he was responsible for payment processing operations with an annual revenue of approx. $13.2 billion. Errol has been preparing income taxes since 2002 and has prepared several thousands of income taxes.

    In addition, he is a real estate investor, broker and owner of RE Wealth Management! He has been very active in CO market for fix n flip, rehab and rental properties. He also owns a Mortgage Lending Company called RE Capital LLC.

  • Luba KigelmanAccountant

    Luba brings intelligence, drive, tax expertise and years of accounting experience to the Real Estate Management Team. She specializes in long-term investment strategies that lay a solid foundation for her clients’ financial security and strengthen their portfolio as they approach retirement. With nearly a decade of tax accounting experience behind her, Luba is uniquely qualified to evaluate the viability of fix and flip scenarios and rental property purchases to minimize tax liability, avoid capital gains, and establish an income stream in retirement.

    First-time buyers look to Luba to help them navigate the complexities of purchasing a home, from understanding the terminology to finding the best house for their situation, qualifying for a mortgage and connecting with a reputable lender. Self-employed buyers appreciate her careful and thorough preparation of the all-important financial statement. Luba is passionate about the power of real estate to contribute to a person’s financial security.   • Kelly ClarkSenior Accountant

    Kelly Clark is a Professional Public Accountant and Senior Accountant at Totality Business Solution, a full-service accounting firm. Kelly earned her BS in Accounting degree from the University of Colorado. She has over 20 years of experience working with small business and individuals for all of their accounting needs. She has been preparing taxes for over 20 years as well and is very knowledgeable in both personal, business and corporate taxes. Kelly joined Totality Business Solution, Inc. in 2017. In her current role, she is a small business specialist. This involves setting up small businesses, tax preparation, audit assistance, payroll services, accounting, bookkeeping, and clean up assistance.
